Use of herschelpack.shop and orders placed through it are subject to the terms below.

We are a U.S.-registered online retailer serving customers in Canada. Use of this website and purchases placed here are subject to the provisions below. They do not remove rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Rules for site access

Access the site only for lawful purposes and do not compromise its security or interfere with other users. Prohibited conduct includes malware, unauthorized system access, misuse of someone else’s information, and unlawful activity.

Listings, stock, and order acceptance

We take reasonable steps to keep product details, images, options, and availability information accurate. Display appearance may vary by screen. A cart does not reserve inventory, and availability may shift until the order is confirmed. If a material listing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, or stock issue prevents fulfilment, we may contact you to correct or cancel the order and refund any captured payment as appropriate.

Customer accounts and access security

Account holders must maintain correct details and keep passwords or sign-in information private. Contact us promptly if you believe an account or order has been accessed without authorization. We handle account information as described in our Privacy Policy.

CAD pricing and taxes

The store presents prices in CAD, except where the checkout clearly indicates another currency. The checkout summary presents the order total and any applicable sales taxes before submission. We cover applicable import duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges, and brokerage fees for deliveries to Canada, so no additional import bill should be due on delivery.

Payment

Your chosen payment method is processed subject to the provider’s authorization. Do not email full payment-card numbers, security codes, or account passwords. Our Payment Policy explains available methods, authorizations, and refunds.

Delivery and changes to an order

We offer free standard shipping throughout Canada with no minimum purchase. Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days and standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days; the usual total estimate is 5–8 business days. The stated transit schedule is an estimate only. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; it may be possible only before processing or carrier handoff and cannot be guaranteed.

Returns and legal protections

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy. Approved returns go to a designated U.S. returns centre using a prepaid label or equivalent free return method; the store covers the approved cross-border return costs described in that policy. Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law continue to apply.

Website text, layout, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and may be used only as allowed by law and the site’s functions. Third-party links are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
